  1. One thing I didn’t see you add no green chilies the pickled kind and since it’s southwestern, I would have to have cumin. It’s just not there without cumin yes, bell peppers, red or green maybe even a little corn and some cilantro oh, unless not forget bell peppers those are the things I would add Not so sure about the corn although I know some people like that cause the rice is starch enough, but definitely the other herbs and vegetables

  2. Made this last night and added corn (had to do the black beans separately cause my teenager is a hater). Absolutely fire!!! Flavor was off the hook. Adding this to my rotation! 👍🏾🙏🏾👊🏽
