  1. Jeez, who is the annoying dwarf on the left? The moaning and groaning in the earlier parts are too much. It sort of reminds me of the "infamous" restaurant scene from "When Harry met Sally". Get rid of her and let Lan do her, good, job.

  2. I made this, I and I agree the cinnamon is a little strong . I think Kenjis version is better but takes much longer due to the seperate recipie of chilli oil. This one relies a bit on the quality of the ground sichuan chilli powder, which is a wildcard.

  3. What's the point of Bridget being there? Lan Lam could just speak to the camera… Also if you want to cover the noodles with sauce what's the point of washing them? Simply put them into the oil after they finished cooking so you can have an evenly coated noodles.
