There’s something magical about French cooking 🥰 how a few simple ingredients come together to create something unbelievably rich, comforting, and full of flavor. This Poule à la Moutarde (or French chicken in mustard sauce) is just that. It’s creamy, tangy, and so ridiculously good that you’ll want to soak up every last drop of sauce with a piece of crusty bread 😋

This is one of those no-fuss, homey dishes that feels fancy but is actually so easy to make. The chicken turns very tender, the sauce is silky with just the right balance of cream and Dijon mustard, and the whole thing comes together in one pan.
