A quick recipe
🍊To a pan add 1 litre milk and boil it.
🍊Now cool down it to room temperature and refrigerate 4 hours.
🍊Now you can see a thick layer of milk on the top which is malai.
🍊Collect malai & store it in an airtight container and refrigerate it.
🍊Now repeat until you get 1 cup thick malai( days varies as per your milk quality)
🍊Now to a mixer add 1 cup malai, 1/2 cup thick reduced milk( boil 1/2 liter milk without water and reduce it), sugar 1/2 cup(you can add honey & reduce sugar) & blend it.
🍊Now transfer it to a bowl, add 3/4 cup orange juice, 3 tbsp orange pulp and mix well.
🍊Now add it to a mixer and blend it.
🍊Now cut open orange & remove the inside pulp.
🍊Add the prepared kulfi mix and freeze overnight.
🍊Slice and enjoy.
