Once you add fluffy egg white with the chocolate you get the smooth air texture and even you use this as a protine moose maybe around 40g of protein
It seems to be too liquidy and not foamy like a mousse 🤔. I think you need to whisk it up way further or use a electric whisk. 👍🏽

Guys I tried this and ITS SO AMAZING but I kinda recommend using something like diary milk and not dark chocolate cuz i used the same one he had and it was kinda bitter but it was very good 😌
