Is there a good alternative for the greek yoghurt in the avocado smoothie. I live in uganda and greek yoghurt is imported so extremely expensive. Is there anything that can bebused as a substitute.

I love the avocado smoothie. That is my favorite as well. But i add a date and a tsp of almond butter. So so yummy. Hopefully I'm not messing up the healthy smoothie

1. Superfood Bedtime Elixir – how much time before bed should this be taken? I know all the nutritionists recommend not having any food at least 2 hours before bed, and even better if it's 3 hours.
2. Avocado Smoothie – is it a good idea for a breakfast smoothie?

Hi Mer, Melissa here from Socal. I was wondering about your mom's before bed drink… Can I use herbal tea instead of and milk 🥛? Would it still be as effective? I don't drink much almond milk cuz it seems to be an irritant at times. But I always have herbal teas going on…. I have mixed this combo before with tea and also eliminated the honey but I drank it in the morning… Not knowing that before bed would be more purposeful. Let me know at your leisure. (I like your kitchen ❤) M.

How much water we need with the lemonade?
My digestive system can't take spice at the moment. Is there a non-spicy alternative to the cayenne pepper?
The cayenne pepper amount blows my mind, and pallet, to pieces! Even 1/4 tsp is spicy. I am hoping ANY amount is beneficial…?🥵😂
