For the dough, mix the warm milk, sugar and yeast and add the other ingredients. let’s obtain a soft dough that does not stick to the hand, cover it and wait for 40 minutes, after rolling out the fermented dough to a size of 30 cm, we get circles with a water glass, cut the small areas with a tea glass, put the circles aside and knead the remaining parts again, open them, let’s obtain circles with a tea glass, first place the large pieces on a suitable tray as in the video and spread butter, put the small pieces inside and grease them, cover it, wait for 15-20 minutes, spread the egg yolk-milk mixture on it and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, mine was a little too browned, you should not fry it as much as I did, take it out when the top turns pink, it is softer and more beautiful.
