If you don't have an air fryer, use the Alton Brown method. Par steam the wings first. Then bake them in the oven.

I tried the infinite sauce and it just doesn't make sense to me. The butter and soy sauce keep seperating, because of course they are, and unless you add obscene amounts of soy sauce, it will just taste like slightly salty browned butter.
What makes this "infinite wings"?
