EASY Thai Basil Beef (Pad Kra Pao) RecipeđŸ”ĨđŸ”ĨđŸ”Ĩ



INGREDIENTS:
200 grams ground beef
25 grams Thai chilies, chopped and pounded
20 grams garlic, pounded
2 tablespoons oil
ÂŊ tablespoon mushroom soy sauce
1 teaspoon Golden mountain seasoning sauce
ÂŊ teaspoon sweet soy sauce
30 grams holy basil leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:
– Pound chopped Thai chilies and garlic into a rough paste.
– Mix together mushroom soy sauce, Golden mountain seasoning sauce, and sweet soy sauce
– Heat up a pan over medium high heat, add ground beef and saute until the ground beef is cooked through, remove from the pan
– Add some oil, the pounded chilies and garlic, and saute until fragrant, then add ground beef back into the pan
– Add your sauce and holy basil leaves, then stir until everything is well incorporated.
– Serve with jasmine rice and top it with the sunny side up egg and enjoy! For a little bit of extra sauce on the side, Thai garlic chili sauce ( Prik See Ew.) which is basically some soy sauce, a squeeze of lime juice, chopped garlic, and chopped Thai chilies.
