Creamy mushroom Pasta with Chicken
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken fillets 2
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Soy sauce ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Mushroom sliced ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp (optional)
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Thyme ½ tsp
-Yakhni (Stock) 1 & ½ Cups or as required
-Cream ¾ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup or as required
-Farfalle pasta 200 gms boiled as per pack’s instruction

Directions:
-Pound chicken fillets slightly with steak/kitchen hammer.
-In bowl,add chicken fillets,vinegar,soy sauce,ginger garlic paste,black pepper and salt,mix well & marinate for 20 minutes.
-Grease grill pan with oil,place marinated chicken fillets and grill from both sides until done (4-5 minutes each side) & set aside.
-In pot,add butter and let it melt,add onion,garlic and fry until translucent (2 minutes).
-Add mushrooms and mix well for 3 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour,black pepper,paprika powder,salt,thyme and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add stock and mix well.
-Switch off the flame,add cream and mix well.
-Add milk and mix.
-Add pasta and give it a good mix.
-Cut grill chicken fillets into desire shapes,place over cooked pasta & serve.

-Bowl mein chicken fillets,sirka,soy sauce,adrak lehsan paste,kali mirch aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Grill pan ko oil sa grease karein,marinated chicken fillets dal ker dono sides sa grill ker lein (4-5 minutes each side) & side per rakh dein.
-Grill chicken fillets ko desire shapes mein cut karein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein,pyaz aur lehsan dal ker translucent hunay tak fry ker lein (2 minutes).
-Mushrooms dal ker 3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
-Maida,kali mirch,paprika powder,namak aur thyme dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Yakhni shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Doodh shamil karein aur mix ker lein.
-Pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Grill chicken fillets rakh ker serve karein.
-Grill chicken fillets ko desire shapes mein cut karein & cooked pasta ka upper rakh ker serve karein.

  1. Just tried this and it is sooooo good! Definitely better than sizzlerz’s any pasta. Can’t think of anything that I would change in this recipe except that use a bit less ginger. Just a bit less. Definitely gives all the taste but for me personally, I’d like a tad less ginger in it.

  2. which brand of thyme is best in karachi? and butter ? i want to use the right ingredients for its gr8 taste. i have never found a brand of good cheese either in karachi. . it must be halal as well.
