    Red chilli powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder/paste 1 tsp
    Red chili (crushed) 1 tbs
    Ticca masala 1 tsp
    Black Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
    Vinegar 1 tsp
    Zira 1/2 tsp

    Now rest for 30 minutes

    Dahi 1/2 cup
    Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp

    Oil 1 tbsp
    Black pepper powder 1 pinch
    Salt 1 pinch
    Oregano 1/2 tbsp
    (Hand blend and make the sauce)

    Tawa garam jarke
    Oil 1 or 2 tbsp
    (Chicken fillet each side for 2 minutes)
    Cover it and cook it for 10-12 mins
    Side change and cook 2 mins

    Make pieces of the chickens
    Salad onion carrot tomato cabbage cucumber black pepper and salt
