For the Pork Belly & Glaze:
Pork belly, cut into bite-sized chunks
Brown sugar
Golden syrup
Garlic powder
Chilli flakes

For the Dipping Sauce:
Fresh ginger, grated
Garlic, finely grated
Soy sauce
Honey
Rice wine
Sesame oil

To Finish:
Sesame seeds
Fresh coriander

Season & glaze the pork belly pieces with brown sugar, golden syrup, garlic powder and chilli flakes.
Air fry at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes until golden, crispy and caramelised.
While they cook, whisk together the dipping sauce ingredients.
Once out of the fryer, top the pork belly with sesame seeds and chopped coriander.
