Juicy, melt-in-your-mouth ORANGE PEPPER CHICKEN LEGS!

Ingredients
4 Chicken legs – skin on

Marinade
1 1/2 tbsp Orange pepper seasoning
2 tsp Chicken stock powder
1/2 tbsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Garlic granules
1 tsp Onion granules
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Juice of one orange 🍊
2 tbsp Olive oil

Garnish – Fresh parsley

Method
Step 1 – In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients for the marinade and mix well to combine.

Step 2 – Score the chicken legs, and rub 3/4 of the marinade all of the chicken pieces, making sure to get under the skin as well.
Set the air fryer to 180c for 25 minutes – 30 minutes, place the chicken pieces on the tray, skin side down. Half way through the cooking time, turn the pieces and brush the remaining marinade on top. Close the drawer.

Step 3 – Once the cooking cycle is complete, check the chicken cooked through with a meat thermometer.
Remove from the chicken from the air fryer and transfer to a plate. Carefully pour the remaining juices from the tray into a small bowl, pour this over the chicken and serve with your favourite sides. Enjoy!
