Macaroni lovers, this one’s for you! This one pot recipe for delicious desi-style macaroni pasta soup is what your taste buds have been waiting for!
What all you will need:
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp CURRYiT’s Ginger Garlic Paste
• Veggies of your choice (carrots,onions,capsicum, beans, etc.)
• 1 pack of CURRYiT’s Tomato Puree
• 1 cup macaroni
• Salt, pepper and chilli flakes to taste
• 1 cup water
Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté CURRYiT’s Ginger Garlic Paste for a minute.
2. Add chopped onions and your favourite veggies. Sauté for 2–3 mins.
3. Stir in CURRYiT’s Tomato Puree, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes.
4. Pour in 1 cup water and let it boil.
5. Add 1 cup macaroni, cover the lid, and let it cook on medium flame for 10 mins.
6. Once the macroni pasta is soft and saucy, give it a final stir and serve hot!
