Spaghetti Meatball Bites
Because tiny pasta nests = instant party magic.
Servings: 12 bites
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 20 min
Vibe: Comfort food got dressed up for a party.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 lb spaghetti (about 4 oz dry per 6 bites)
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 12 frozen meatballs (thawed or pre-cooked)
• Optional but worth it: shredded Gruyère & fresh basil
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti, drain, and toss with tomato sauce and Parmesan.
2. Spray muffin tin with oil. Twirl pasta into each cup.
3. Top with one meatball and Gruyère cheese.
4. Bake at 350°F for 20 min until cheese is golden.
5. Garnish with basil. Serve hot and feel fancy.
