Pasta con Piselli ( Pasta With Peas)
Any Pasta of choice
Petite peas or regular size
( canned peas work as well but they cook very quickly even better for a quick dinner )
Onion
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper flakes
Grated cheese ( Parmesan , Romano )
(You can also fry zucchini in olive oil set aside and can be topped on pasta or tossed in for extra flavor )
This dish can be enjoyed hot or cold on a summer day… great as a grilling night side dish
