Saw this video this morning and made it for lunch. I didn’t have cardamom, but substituted with jamaican pepper(allspice), and added more raisins because I love raisins in savory dishes.. didn’t have basmati, used jasmine rice… I cut the whole chicken into smaller portions, and made my own chicken broth from the chicken neck/back parts, which I used for this recipe. It is so so sooo delicious and comforting!!!
