Tearing the potatoes gives them lots of surface area to absorb a creamy toasted garlic dressing, and a handful of fresh herbs gives the salad a burst of fresh flavor.

LoL @ "that's not Charger yellow that's mediocre yellow." Haha Golden!
My heart belongs to tradition Southern style potato salad, but if Bridgett recommends this recipe, then I'll give it a try!😊
Mmm that looks delicious! I'm glad there's not a lot of mayo. I definitely will write this recipe down to make this summer.
"I am one quarter mayonnaise." I love Bridget so much, she's hilarious! 😋
Yep , making this 😊
The cut up herbs make the potatoes look like quilt pieces!
We have all been Christie at 4:25 when we know our friend is going to enjoy the food! 😂 Thank you so much for this delightful recipe! 🥳
Nice recipe yummy
first time I saw boiling potatoes in boiling water as opposed to cold start.
Looks delicious!
This looks quite easy..
I am one quarter mayonnaise is crazy 🤣
I had no idea that potato salad had that much sodium… 😱😨😢 I'm on a low-sodium diet per my cardiologist.. is there a way to make this with less sodium? Maybe using potassium chloride instead of regular salt??
I am begging you to put them in cold water first. Other than that it's a great recipe!
I like a warm potato salad and this reminds me of one I had in Vermont. I'll probably try this, though I'm not fond of olive oil.
Needs red pepper flakes
This recipe doesn't make any sense, for several reasons. The main one being, that this violates all the rules on how to cook root vegetables in water. You don't add the raw vegetables to the boiling water, you start them in cold water, bring it up to a rolling boil, add your salt, and then back it down to a simmer. And on that note, why not just cut the potatoes while they are still raw, and cook them as I suggest above? Okay, so your hand torn potatoes have nooks and crannies for the dressing. The dressing itself sounds great, but the rest of this video just doesn't make sense to me.
So desperate for content. So stupid.
Any reason why you're not adding the potatoes to cold water? I've always heard that if you add potatoes to boiling water, the outside (over)cooks before the inside is done.
This looks so very good!
