Ingredients

100 ml warm water

100 ml warm milk

100 ml yogurt

100 ml vegetable oil

1 egg (for brushing on the yolk)

1 packet of dry yeast (10 g)

2 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

5 cups of flour

Filling

Cottage cheese – 500 g

Sugar – 120 g (6 tablespoons)

Egg – 1 piece

Vanillin – 0.5 tablespoon

Lemon zest – 1 piece

Starch – 2 tablespoons
(Blender all ingredients.)

For brushing

1 egg yolk

1 teaspoon of milk

((cup volume 200 ml))

Mix all ingredients well and prepare a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Leave the finished dough covered for 40 minutes. Divide the risen dough into 2, roll each one out as shown in the video, fill it and shape it. Place the buns on a tray, cover and leave for 15 minutes. Brush the egg mixture on top and bake at 180* for about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy 🙂
