🦞Y’all, this southern low county boil is a MUST try! So delicious and great summer party! 🦀
Ingredients: 👇🏻
-lemons to taste
-1 large yellow onion
-raw de-veined shrimp
-smoked sausage (like a kielbasa style)
-crab legs (we used 4 clusters)
-lobster tail (we used 4)
-red & small butter potatoes
-corn on the cob (we used frozen to kill the boil)
-Zatarain’s crawfish, shrimp, & crab boil (3 oz box)
Zatarain’s concentrated shrimp & crab boil ( 4 oz bottle)
-Old Bay Seafood seasoning (6oz container)
– 1 whole fresh cut and peeled garlic
Directions:
1.) bring water to a boil
2.) add lemons & spices
🦀boil for 15 minutes
3.) add onion, garlic, potatoes, and sausage
🦀boil 15 minutes
4.) add crab legs
🦀boil for 4-8 minutes (depending on size of your clusters)
5.) add lobster tails
🦀 boil for 1 minte per ounce (example 5 oz tails = 5 minute boil for all of the lobster tails)
6.) add shrimp
🦀boil 3 minutes
7.) add frozen corn
🦀turn off burner
8.) let cool for 15-20 minutes & serve!
