Tandoori full chicken recipe
1. 1 kg 100 grams of chicken
2. 3 tbs byadige chilly powder
3. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
4. 1 tsp pepper powder
5. 1/2 cumin powder
6. 1 & 1/2 tsp tandoori masala powder
7. 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
8. 3 tsp ginger garlic paste
9. 2 tbs yoghurt
10. Squeeze 1 lemon
11. Add 2 tbs butter
12. 2 tbs kasuri methi
Marinate as much as possible
2 to 4 hour of marination
Preheat 10 to 15 minutes in 230 degree
And grill the chicken for 60 minutes in 230 degree
