If someone in the family has a peanut allergy, you can substitute some roasted chickpeas. They provide some great texture.

Can you please not use alcohol in your recipes please try do to halal recipes pork is fine cause we can replace it with more meat like chicken or shrimp or tofu or beef but please kindly don't use things like shaoxing wine or something alcoholic and if you do, then metion a substitute for it in the video. I wish I could make this, but it has so many ingredients. I like the recipes with fewer ingredients. I always have a difficult time finding all those sauces at the asian stores.
