    1 Litre Milk
    2 to 3 tsp Vinegar mixed with some water
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    A little cardamom powder & kesar

    – Boil the milk & cool it for 5 mins before adding vinegar
    – Don’t add too much vinegar & curdle gently & slowly
    – Strain the chenna & wash it well
    – Squeeze it & drain all the extra moisture from the chenna
    – Cut the Mango Slices thin
    – Serve it Chilled
