You can save your bacon grease from previous Cooks in mason jars in the fridge. It'll last a long time and you can use it for so many different things!!

Im a blackstone owner of over a year bow and i was wondering how you get your griddle so damn black and shiny… im going to be stripping my seasoning down as some spots are uneven and i love the look of that deep black shine but havent been able to attain it myself..

Why buy bacon grease? I saw this the other day in the grocery store. Nobody needs to spend money on bacon grease when you have bacon in the house. I save all my bacon grease. My mom taught me that and she is 96 years old.

I just fail to see the reason to own a outdoor griddle. Your just cooking on a pan outside. No char, no fire, no smoke development. Just a big pan.
