Didn’t Lan recommend a little bicarbonate of soda to prevent prawns from being too tough to chew?
The other day I boiled shrimp. I pulled them out just barely translucent but they there O shaped already.
Lol every single shrimp in your pan is over cooked by your definition.
I’m definitely no expert but isn’t the pan of shrimp over cooked? 🤔
I love perfectly cooked shrimp, they’re so juicyy
I'd rather them be slightly overcooked than undercooked
Cuts to a pan full of O shaped shrimp
I'm eating them either way… 😊
Thank you!!
Thx.
I like how in the outro shot the shrimp are all shaped like an “O”
I'm a professional shrimp farmer. If overcooked shrimp is brought to my table, I send it back.
if it's perfectly cooked, but it's not shrimp, then I still send it back.
I would call that C raw
Ty
She tells us then shows a pan full of O's.
I thought it was C for cold and O for optimal
straight to jail
Either way I’m still eating.
