  1. My first Texas BBQ experience was unforgettably delicious🤤But HUGE!🤯So I brought the leftover brisket home—and made miso soup with it! Trust me: it’s smoky, cozy, full of umami, and totally comforting💞Recipe✨
    🥣 Ingredients (serves 4):
    ・Leftover brisket (cut into chunks)
・Any veggies you have in the fridge (cabbage, carrots, onions, etc.)
    ・Water – 1000ml
    ・Miso paste – 2 tbsp
    ・UMAMI SAUCE – 1 tbsp

    🧂 How to make it:
    1. Cut brisket and veggies into bite-sized pieces
    2. Add water and bring to a boil
    3. Skim off any foam, and simmer until veggies are soft
    4. Turn off the heat and stir in miso paste + UMAMI SAUCE

  2. Early November of 2024, I was at Yoyogi park, and thought to myself that I should go to your store. I didn't know at the time that you have left for the States, so I walked over to find that your shop was not open, and to later find out that we swapped places! I really wanted to show you all the picture of the original bottle that I happen to have, and tell the story of when you first announced that it was available on Amazon how I quickly got a bottle to support my very fist YouTuber..

I have returned to the States, and I have been trying to find where you are and your next destination if to be near my location. I am in Arkansas and I think you were to be around, and near here. Is there anyway to know where you are to be next so I may plan the trip to? To note I do not do much social media, but if you point me in the direction, I will do my best to get there if I can.
