Easy Shrimp Ceviche Recipe!!

1lb of shrimp (Peeled, deveined and tail off)
1/2 cup of lime juice
1 jalapeño
2 Medium Size Tomatoes (10 oz)
1/2 a large red onion (5 oz)
1/3 cup of chopped cilantro
1/4 cup of chopped mint
1 tbsp of salt
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp of ketchup

1)Slice the shrimp into even pieces and place them in a bowl.
2)Squeeze fresh limes and add the 1/2 cup of lime juice into the bowl mixing it in and making sure every piece of shrimp is covered and let it cook in the lime juice for 30-45 minutes.
3)Dice the tomatoes, onion and jalapeños. Chop the cilantro and mint.
4)Once the shrimp is done cooking add in the soy sauce, salt, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and give it a good mix. Then add in the diced veggies and chopped herbs.
5)Serve and enjoy!
