Here’s how to make this magic:
Step 1: Masala Base
In a pan with 3 tbsp oil:
Fry 2 small onions till golden
+ Add:
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 pinches of salt
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tosp garam masala
* 2 tbsp black cumin (zeera)
1 tosp black pepper
+ Fry well, then grind into a smooth paste – this is your flavor bomb!
Step 2: Kebab Mix
In a chopper, add:
•500g beef mince
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
That golden onion masala paste
# 1 tsp salt
1 tbsp red chili powder ( as per your liking)
* 1 tosp coriander powder
3 tbsp desi ghee
1 slice of bread soaked in milk
Blitz till it’s smooth & well-combined
U Step 3: Shape & Freeze
Wet your hands and shape your kebabs!
+ Sprinkle chaat masala on top if you like that zesty kick
