I have cooked cod before but decided to follow this recipe. Absolutely great !
Thank you so much.
Looks delicious, I will do right now for my lunch !!!! Thanks
This would make some great fish tacos I am thinking.
This is a fabulous, simple technique that is easy to remember and to judge readiness by the temperature of the cooking fish.
You don't need a thermometer.. After 5 minutes on medium heat a fillet of fish that size is well and truly up to edible temperature. Not to mention basting with the butter sauce. If after 8 – 10 minutes that fish isn't up to temp on the inside, you're not living on the planet Earth.
Can I do this with salmon? I've done this with blue gill and its delicious!
Made this 2 days ago and it is an excellent recipe. So simple too.

"Right there"
If the fish still have skin intact cooking is easier and more delicious and no need to concern about flesh breaking

I like the way you have to tell the trolls you aren't touching your pan with the metal. Sort of.. 'head them off' before they can fill your comment section. 🤣
