1-ingredient Mango Fruit Roll Ups🤩 This healthy dessert idea is super easy to make!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mangoes cut into pieces (360 ml, about 2 medium mangoes)

1. Put the mangoes into the blender and mix until smooth
2. Soak a parchment paper in water for 30 seconds (this prevents it from wrinkling). Spread the mango puree as evenly as possible on a baking pan lined with the parchment paper (you can also use a silicone baking mat)
3. Bake at 70 Celsius degrees / 160 in Fahrenheit for 2 – 4 hours or until dry to touch and no longer sticky
4. Let cool down and carefully remove the parchment paper
5. Place it on top of a parchment paper piece that is the same size. Cut into strips, then roll up and enjoy!
6. Store in an air-tight container
