  1. Jim $ Tara – I am on a remote work assignment and I am therefore cooking for just me. I brought my 14" pan with me. If I make this can I freeze it and for how long? I am generally looking at a 2 minute window max. TIA and I have NEVER been disappointed making one of your recipes.

  2. Lovely recipe, thank you! As noted in the video, McCormick cajun seasoning is not that spicy, so I kept adding more in hopes of bringing up the heat level just a bit. Finally I just had to toss in a bit of cayenne. All's well that ends well!

  3. I made this tonight, with two slight differences. (1) I used penne pasta and (2) I cooked the chicken thighs in the oven (my preferred method, using both bake and broiler for 10 mins at 425 and 3-5 minutes under the broiler). Absolute home run of a dish! Thank you Jim and team….

  4. Love This! Nice Twist with a Italian Cajun collaboration. Would love to talk off here. Are you a chef? Never consider myself one lol. Took on the art at a young age when I moved out on my own at a young age in Brooklyn. Where in NYC are you from? Again pleasure 🤝

  5. @Sip and Feast, Thanks for the video, i'm new to your channel and i'm going to try a few of these recipes. BTW, what you know about that Talenti Gelato? LOL That's a good idea to save the container and use it for spices.

  6. If you really want to expand Louisiana cooking, check out Charlie Andrew's channel. He's a New Orleans native and man that stuff he cooks is really good! Here in Texas, I have the most exciting next door neighbors anyone can have about 3 hours to the East!😜😊

  7. i made a super similar recipe to this but did shrimp instead of chicken and used creole seasoning, but in reality they’re the same seasonings i’m sure lol. it was so delicious, fettuccine is definitely the best pata for this one
