Hey did i hear that right? 2 hours in the pot for the lobster? I cant get behind that, no way that lobster isnt rubber..
This was excellent to watch, but in reality every dish was a joke in size. Pay $30 dollars for an appetizer sized entree. And no one cares about presentation after you are full. It should be against the law killing lobster when they are just babies. Give me a bag full of deep fried shrimp and fries or a fried shrimp Po Boy for a quarter of the price of this crap.

Because I'm the type of cook That doesn't like to waste food I was curious what happened to the remnants of the strained lobster bisque.? I thought immediately of those remnants being used in a ravioli of sorts perhaps a cheesy ravioli sauce with those remnants would be possible delicious with some alfredo and garlic sauce ! Question question?

In the first segment (Truffled Lobster Mac & Cheese), two and a half hours cooking time seems a bit excessive. That looked like a 2 to 3 pounder, so 15 to 20 minutes would have sufficed. I'm thinking this was more like "Truffled Inner Tube Mac & Cheese".

Northwest Seafood Cioppino: 22 ingredients for the broth, plus 10 more ingredients (not counting the crab meat) for the crab cakes, then 3 seafood items with butter, lemon and white wine. Somebody must not like the taste of seafood since they are obviously trying to hide the actual seafood flavors.
