  1. Ingredients

    Minced Mutton – 1/2 kg

    Chopped Onion – 1 medium sized

    Chopped Capsicum – 1

    Crushed Garlic – 2 tbsp

    Green Chillis – 3

    Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp

    Cumin Seeds powder – – 1tsp

    Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

    Red Chili powder – 1/2 tsp

    Chili Flakes- 1 tsp

    Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp

    Chili Flakes – 1 tsp

    Lemon Juice – 2 tsp

    Chopped Coriander leaves

    Roasted Gram Flour – 3 tbsp

    Salt – 1 tsp

    Mix all given ingredients and make kofta

    After Frying Kofta

    in the same oil add Following ingredients

    Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp

    Tomato Paste – 1/2 cup

    Onion Rings

    Green chilies

    Put the fried kofta in the above mixture and cook for 5 minutes

    Chatpata Turkish Kofta Kabab is Ready to Serve
