    🔴 Beetroot Tandoori Chicken (No Chilli Powder)
    🧂 Ingredients:
    4 pcs Chicken leg + thigh (bone-in)
    3 tbsp Thick curd (hung curd or strained)
    2 tbsp Beetroot juice (freshly grated & squeezed)
    1 tbsp Green chilli juice (strain finely)
    1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
    ½ tsp Garam masala
    ½ tsp Roasted cumin powder
    ½ tsp Black salt (or regular)
    ½ tsp Chat masala (optional)
    ½ tsp Kasuri methi (crushed)
    ½ tbsp Lemon juice
    1 tbsp Oil or melted butter (for marination)
    ½ tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
    1 tbsp Ghee or butter (for final brushing)

    🍗 Instructions:
    1. Clean & slit the chicken pieces.
    2. Mix all ingredients (except ghee) into a smooth marinade.
    3. Apply marinade all over chicken, cover, and rest for 2+ hours or overnight.
    4. Preheat AirFusion oven to 200°C for 5–7 mins.
    5. Place chicken on grill rack (no water tray).
    6. Bake at 200°C for 25–30 mins, flipping halfway.
    7. Final 2 mins, brush ghee or butter, bake at 220°C for a slight roast.
    8. Serve hot with mint chutney or onion salad.
