A quick recipe
🍞To a mixer add 8 bread slices ( cut out the edges) and pulse for 4-5 seconds
🍞Now gradually add 6tbsp chilled milk( if your bread is large you might need more milk) and knead to a smooth dough.
🍞Shape it into small balls make sure the outer surface is smooth without any cracks.
🍞Oil should be in medium heat( High temperature of oil might crack the bread balls) and cook until it turns golden brown. ( Use a spoon and keep mixing the oil so that the temperature is evenly distributed so that the balls turns evenly golden brown)
Sugar syrup
✅1 cup sugar
✅1 cup water
✅Saffron stands 5-6
✅Cardamom 2
✅Lemon juice 2 tbsp
✅Boil for 3 min once the syrup turns thick turn off the flame and the bread balls immediately.( make sure the syrup is hot while adding the balls- you can reheat the sugar syrup )
✅Rest for 30 min and serve it.
