KRUG Champagne Dessert! Including 10 Michelin Recipes!



Hey guys! Today is a very special video, because we’re going to make an incredible Krug champagne dessert. The flavors of the dessert are created to pair with a glass of Krug champagne and it’s going to blow your mind! The first part is a lemon soufflé filled with an elderflower cream. The second part is a toasted brioche chocolate with a lemon chiboust and a elderflower & honey gel. The final part is an edible golden champagne cork that’s filled with a brioche almond praline, confit lemon and an elderflower mousse. All great recipes, so enjoy guys!

  1. Great, I watched with my mouth open. Now I know what I'm going to do as a compliment to the women in the restaurant- it's a traffic jam. A glass of sparkling wine and a cork will be the best compliment on March 8th. Yes, there is a lot of time. Thank you so much for such a wonderful video and for your hard work.

  2. I love it. Before I see it to the end, I've thought: it will take at least 3 days, impossible to get ingredients, and impossible to get devices. And there you go. But, it is a 2 year course culinary school. Thank you Chef. We can learn so much of it.
