Crispy Chicken Club Sammies:
1 can (12.5 oz) of chicken, drained
2 tbsp cornstarch or flour (for binding and crispiness)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for skillet)
6 slices of bread (white, wheat, or sourdough), toasted
6 slices of cooked bacon
4-6 lettuce leaves (e.g., romaine or iceberg)
4-6 tomato slices
Mayonnaise (or a flavored mayo like garlic or sriracha)

Drain the canned chicken well, pressing out excess liquid with a fork. In a bowl, mix the chicken with cornstarch, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. The cornstarch helps it crisp up and binds the chicken flakes together.

Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Spread the seasoned chicken in an even layer (form into loose patties if desired). Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy.

Buffalo Ranch Taquitos
1 can chicken, drained and rinsed and shredded
1.5-2 Tbsp Buffalo Sauce
2 tsp Ranch powder
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded cheese
6-7 corn tortillas

Chicken and Veggie Pinwheels
Flour tortillas
1 can chicken, drained, rinsed and shredded
1/2 container of chive and onion cream cheese
finely diced veggies of your choice

Spread cream cheese in a good layer all over the tortilla. Top with a thin layer of chicken and then top with veggies. Roll and slice and serve!

Mix all the ingredients together. Soften/heat your corn tortillas in the microwave by wrapping them in a damp paper towel. Heat on high for 20-30 seconds. Fill each tortilla with 1-2 Tbsp of the chicken mixture. Heat in the air fryer at 375 for 8-10 minutes.

  1. Mandy, Mandy, Mandy! That club sandwich looks amazing! I can’t believe that’s canned chicken.! I want to try all three recipes but definitely that one! I love it when Steven steals little glances at you. So sweet!😍🥰

  2. My thing is texture. My sister says you can't tell the difference. I'm still not convinced. Textures so set me off. I absolutely hate flour tortilla enchiladas. They become googy gummy. It drives me bonkers when people call tortillas shells. Tortillas are a flat bread. It's actually a type of flat bread. You can eat it with or without a filling.

  3. I use can chicken a lot. My favorite way is to season n fry it then add it to Buffalo style Velveeta shells and cheese with bacon n onion. It's life changing lol. You should give it a try. Everything y'all cooked looks great. Ģod bless ya
