  1. Nice video and a yummy curry 😋. My only suggestion (purely optional & my personal preference) is to scoop off the extra fat(lard) from the curry. This could easily be done when you add water for the gravy. This makes the curry more consumable and light on the stomach. I guess some may disagree saying it reduces the flavor, which may not be the case in reality.

I don't know if it's only me but Manipur's pork have softer odour compare to porks i have eaten outside manipur, i cooked in the same style but other porks i have eaten outside of Manipur have unpleasant smell. It could be only me though usually i have to put meat masala and garam masala to killed the smell but I don't like the taste of those mainland masalas, so i stopped eating pork😶‍🌫️
