THIS WORKS with sweet potato leaves or moringa leaves : Cook field peas in a pressure cooker remove from heat and let cool a little > turn them into gravy with a commercial stick blender > add RAW sweet potato or fresh (or frozen RAW moringa leaves) > use the stick blender to fine grind the leaves into the gravy > grate fresh ginger over the gravy stir the ginger in and eat >>>you will feel very strong and energetic !!!

I just pluck leaves from the moringa tree and add them to my smoothie. I am a student and right now I don't have that much money. Will have to find some way for hemp seeds. Let me know if you have some idea which could help. Thanks for the video.

I'm at a stage in my life I don't like taking the time for smoothies each morning. I eat oatmeal 5-6 times a week. I just added a tsp of Moringa to my oatmeal with some blue berries and the usual raw honey, very good. Pura Vida happens to be what's in my kitchen by coincidence.
Can pregnant use moringa? Well, some kind of teas is not good at pregnancy… but, at juices, smoothie, and raw maybe have no problem…
