Ich würde das Öl der Wurst mit Butter anreichern und dann die Soße weiterkochen…indem sie auf das Öl verzichten , gehen viele Röst- Aromen und Sud des würzigen Fleisches ungenutzt verloren…

Or you could use regular chicken broth and skip the seasoning. There is really no point in unsalted broth as the sodium is its main flavor. You might as well just use water in this case, as a quart of broth is 5 bucks and its only purpose to to season and add liquid.
