  1. Hmm. Maybe I can get rid of my huge bread maker. I'll try this first and see what happens. As I frequently refer to your channel every time I have a question about how to cook anything in the air fryer, and as I use the air fryer every day because I don't own a microwave (yet), I finally subscribed today. I appreciate your expertise.

  2. I don't knead….the kitchen aid does! I know I'll try this though, in the air fryer. I've been wondering if it works well. I have the 2 rectangle baskets. I am going to see what I have, if my 8×4 pans will fit, or if I use my mini loaf pans.

  3. I make bread all the time in my AF. I use a recipe called batter bread, that needs no kneading. Perfect every single time. I found after numerous tries that 330 for 35 minutes works (for my AF). I tried the higher temps but it never got done in the middle.

  4. I just made this bread, and it was soooo good. I made one rookie mistake though: I put the bread on the rack to cook, and as it baked it rose and made contact with the heating unit, and charred the top of the bread where it made contact with the heating coils. Live and learn! Anyway, I love your channel, I bought your cookbook and cheat sheet, and am looking forward to cooking during the hot summer months without worrying about heating up the oven. So happy!

  5. Wow….this is genius,,,I make this no knead bread in the oven, been doing it for a few years now and never ever thought I could do it in the AF…QUESTION…..can I use ordinary flat parchment paper? I think this may be a dumb! Thanks for sharing, trying this for sure!!!

  6. I feel like the air fryer keeping your kitchen cooler than the oven is a bit of a myth maybe. I set my AF on a cutting board on the stovetop so I can exhaust the heat at least somewhat but I have a digital temp station in the kitchen and that needle moves when I have the AF going for sure, lol! That bread recipe looks legit fantastic tho. Thanks so much for the idea!

  8. I live in Arizona so I use my air fryer a ton in the summer. I make granola to go with my fruit and yogurt. I make bagels with Greek yogurt. I cook chicken breasts from my dogs. I cook salmon for myself. I have even made meatballs and calzones in my air fryer. Such a great gadget.

  9. Hi Cathy!!! This recipe looks wonderful. I am going to give this a try for sure. Your bread looks mighty delicious 😋!!! WoW!!! Thanks for this one…Take Care…Great Video!!!…🦋

  10. I'm in Arizona so using the oven in the summer is to be avoided as much as possible. My air fryer is used daily for cooking. My favorite is cod fillets & vegetables. Thank you for making these videos and pointing out products that make my life a little easier.

  11. Love your channel and your subscription recipe website! What comes to mind for cooking in the summer in the air fryer is your salmon recipe in your cookbook and also cooking those little tiny golden potatoes that come in a bag in the grocery store. First spray those with the oil and sprinkle of them with kosher salt and dried rosemary ( if you use fresh Rosemary add at the end so it doesn't burn). Your dinner roll recipe also… So delicious and no hot oven in my already scorching Arizona heat.😅

  12. Thanks for the recipe. Can you please share a couple of things?
How deep is your fryer basket?
How high is the proofed dough ball?
How high is the final loaf?

I have a Ninja MegaZone, which works great for me in most situations, but the basket is a little shallower than typical.

  13. What’s the point of preheating if you’re going to leave it to sit for 5 minutes that 2nd time?

All that warm air and the heating coil will have cooled back to room temp.

    Genuinely curious.
