I had an issue at the point when I started frying the pork: 30 secs in, the pork released a lot of starchy liquid into my pan even though it was dry before. Should I omit the water in the marinade next time? Or is this to do with the temperature of my pan? Would appreciate some tips to improve. Thanks!
