材料２つで激ウマな【豚じゃが焼き】
豚バラ香ばしく、ジャガイモはホクホク！
【材料】2人前
・ジャガイモ２個
・豚バラ300g
・しょうゆ大さじ1
・みりん大さじ1
・にんにく大さじ1
・こしょう適量（多めがおすすめ！）
・ごま油大さじ1
作り方
①ジャガイモを2個洗い、皮と芽を取り除き、１〜2ミリ程度に輪切り
②豚バラスライス300gを4センチ程度に切る
③フライパンにごま油大さじ1を入れ中火、豚バラを焼く、両面焼けたらジャガイモも入れ炒める
④しょうゆ大さじ1、みりん大さじ1、にんにく大さじ1入れ混ぜる、こしょうを適量入れ混ぜ合わせたら完成
ちょうど豚バラとじゃがいもがあるので作ってみます❤😊🎉
炒め物でじゃがいも使うことなかったので挑戦してみます🙋♀️
