✨ INGREDIENTS:
• Leftover roti dough
• 1 tbsp instant yeast
• 1 tbsp water
• 1 tsp honey
✨ METHOD:
1. Mix yeast, water & honey. Let it dissolve completely.
2. Add leftover atta dough and knead for 10–15 minutes.
3. Rest for 30 minutes (no need to double).
4. Shape into a log and place in a greased bread tin.
5.let it rise till it doubles
6.Bake at 200–210°C for 30 minutes or until golden.
7.Brush with butter, cool completely, then slice and enjoy!
