Only thing i would say to make it better is Grilled chicken with lemon aoli. That's a better club sandwich. Try it and tell me I'm wrong.
You don't use cheese? I put a little mayo on the bottom half of the middle bread too so it sticks better And I put the bacon on the same level as the chicken. Not hating just curious.

as a person who CURRENTLY works in a kitchen AND has worked as a cook… how the hell do you not have a toaster in there ??¿ 😅😂 that just seems like a sin itself! 😂 we have a toaster in my kitchen but we often just cook the bread on some butter in a frying pan (or flat top) lol. whatever works, works—just a kitchen motto 😝

I had a club sandwich from Logan’s steak house about 18 years ago and it would top this with just their honey mustard dipping sauce. I eat a lot of club sandwiches and no one makes them like that club sandwich from Logan’s steak house almost 20 years ago. It had an even distribution of ingredients but the honey mustard dipping sauce was the cherry on top.
