  1. I will never stop cooking pasta in shallow water now! You get all that concentrated, yummy pasta water/flavor it’s the best. Who needs a colander? Who’s tossing the water away? Beautiful dish ❤

  2. As a expert on the art of using least dishes possible, I would have used the tongs to mix it as well so that drops a dish,use the same spoon for the 2 times u used one, and eye ball measurements to drop another 2! That all together creates 5 less dishes.
