Meat is too thick
Where’s the cocaine burger? 😮
OMG. Seriously? Throw that out to the hogs !
OMG! All that mayonnaise. I saw a video with a cardiologist and she called mayonnaise "white death." Seems like everything is bad for you these days.
Yeah boy!! Get it!!
Ooof sick.nasty crap
Steaks. Medium rare 🤤 But if you’re making a burger at home from store bought ground beef and your burger is at all pink; it’s a problem. Will you get sick? Probably not. But 10’s of thousands of people a year are damaged for life by eating undercooked meat. Is it worth the risk for one meal? Not even close. Ground your own meat right before cooking it. Or eat your burgers well done.
Folks have been telling me to not overwork my meat for decades.
Why should I listen now?
You can add seasoned or unseasoned bread crumbs to your burger meat also and make them juicy. The bread crumbs absorb and keep the juices inside.
I've also added shredded cheese inside and they came out awesome.
1/2 pound burgers for smoking and 1/4 pound for grilling.
Why no seasoning on the burger patty?
Now that is an awesome burger thx fir the tips can't wait to try them !!!
lost me @ mild cheddar
That looks really good!
Thanks Malcolm
I needed this
Where u get the burger press
Goss he likes the man sauce!!!
Is this considered smoking?
I will be called an idiot or other names, but I accidentally discovered this. I found that by freezing the freshly made burgers, they were more juicy due to the ice crystals melting, and they took longer to cook. I like the reverse searing method. I like the burger press and not overworking the meat. Good channel and good advice.
Where did you get your press.?
I love all his vidios
00:34 And THAT"S why I keep watching this guy after all of these years: "And we're gong to weigh out 8 ounce burger patties". Ha!
Don’t put mayo in your ground beef
Just put yellow mustard
Make thin big patties than season both sides grill them ✌🏾
Way better than a smash burger
Burger that thick is nasty
you forgot to cook the burger. all u did was heat up raw meat
