As an Italian I’ll give you a 9 out of 10. Very good with the garlic chilli flakes and the anchovy (it is commonly used to flavour pasta dishes). Extremely good with those San Marzano crushed tomatoes and a little basil, finished product looks amazing.
Just a little too much oil otherwise it’d be a 10.
