Shahid bhai, bazaar ka brown piyaz sirf qormy k liye best hota ha, lekin chawal pkany k liye sahi nhi ha,iss piyaz ki wajah se chawal beth jaty hain qk iss piyaz ko fry krty waqt cornflour aur rice flour use kiya jata ha, jis ki wajah se qormy mein rhickness aati ha aur chawal kharab ho ty hain.
