BBQ Pulled Chicken Sliders
• 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
• 1½ cups BBQ sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Rolls
• ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
• ½ teaspoon brown sugar
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Optional: sweet coleslaw for topping
Instructions:
1. Toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, lemon juice, and honey
2. Slice rolls in half, brush with butter, and toast until golden
3. Spread BBQ chicken over bottom buns and place top buns on
4. Mix melted butter with seasonings and brush over the tops
5. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes until warmed through
6. Add a spoonful of sweet slaw if you want extra crunch and flavor
